Our standard process flow for the certification support is as below-

• Project kick-off with the Top Management (or other representative appointed by the Management)
• Identify the core team (including MR) that would work along with the consultant
• Awareness training to the core team
• Process identification/ Process mapping
• Developing the manual
• Developing the procedures
• Developing the relevant work instructions & formats/ records
• Training to the employees on the company specific documentation
• Support in initial implementation
• Internal auditor training
• Conducting internal audits to assess the compliance status and identify Non conformities/ areas for improvement
• Work with the core team to take suitable corrective actions
• Identifying the appropriate certification body and liasoning for application form till audit schedule fixing
• Providing support during the audit
• Support to MR to close any Non-conformities/ Observations, if any and to receive the certificate
