3i Quality Consultants was established with the key aim to continually improve the management systems of the clients with proper focus, guidance and monitoring. PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach is followed for all business activities to make this happen. As soon as the client integration takes place, the Planning is initiated for the scope of work and there is a transparent discussion on the planning. During the execution stage, there will be a periodical review with the Client Top Management on the status of the activities. This helps to know whether we are moving on the right track or there is any need to put additional focus/ efforts from either of the sides. Customer feedback is always taken at the end of the project to assess the satisfaction level of the customers and to take corrective action for the shortcomings identified, if any.

The Lead consultant is having more than 18 years of Industry experience, all throughout in Quality Assurance. The major chunk of this experience comes from Auto industry and the rest is from Power sector. Due to the long association with the Auto industry, there is a thorough knowledge possessed in all Management systems (ISO 9001, TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) as well as TQM Principles. He was actively involved in Process improvement activities, setting up of warehouses/ new plants/ test labs & New parts development and Engineering Change Management. He has conducted a lot of training sessions during his tenure. This includes both internal training and external training (Training to Customers & Training to Suppliers). He played a major role in developing and implementing the Management Systems including Customer specific certifications & audits.
